Having begun her career as an accountant in New Zealand in 2002, since 2004 Hayley has gained extensive experience in global recruitment and built a wide-reaching network in the world's most important recruitment markets. She founded Paddington Partners in 2008, which now has physical teams located in London, Dublin, Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Dubai, and New York.
Hayley has lived and worked in Singapore, London, and New Zealand.
Hayley is in charge of sales, overseeing both our buy-side and sell-side relationships, and frequently travels to engage with sellers and buyers.

In 2022, Hanna joined Paddington Partners as an analyst, providing industry analysis and market mapping. Her role focuses on understanding the unique characteristics of various markets and identifying global trends. Hanna supports our clients to have accurate, timely, and reliable reports at their fingertips.
Before joining Paddington Partners, Hanna qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand and held various roles at Merrill Lynch in London and Singapore. Additionally, she worked in product roles at ING and Southern Cross Health Society in New Zealand.
Hanna's passion is health and well-being. While living in the Middle East, Hanna studied and established her own nutrition business, providing advice and coaching to private clients.

In 2021, Charlotte joined Paddington Partners as a researcher. Charlotte focuses on staying up-to-date with industry trends and conducting research to provide market reports and insights for our clients.
Prior to joining Paddington Partners, Charlotte worked in recruitment in Tauranga, New Zealand, for 2 years before going on maternity leave. She also lived and worked in Australia for 7 years, starting out in medical insurance in Sydney and then moving on to a large mining company in Western Australia for 5 years.
